  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized. This means the copyright owner, their agent, or the law does not permit it.
  • A A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also, state, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content is removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This process allows you to dispute the claim of infringement. We will restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Required Elements for a Counter-Notification

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled. Also, provide the location where the material appeared before its removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court. This court would be located in your judicial district if you are in the United States. If you are outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where TTH Architects may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
